9.00am Sunday (Families come Gather)

"Families Come Gather" is the name given to our Sunday 9.00.a.m. parish Mass which takes place in the church of St Cecilia, Balgowlah. When the Liturgy Planning Group prepare for this Mass they make a conscious decision to keep in mind the needs of families. Children's Liturgy of the Word takes place twice a month

"Celebrate Sunday" is the name given to our Sunday 6.00.p.m. parish Mass which takes place in the church of St Kieran, Manly Vale. This Mass is planned conscious of the needs of youth and young adults. Those involved in music ministry gather to prepare at 4.00pm. Other minister and those taking part in the liturgy are expected to be present well before the commencement of Mass. At the conclusion of Mass there is 'finger food' hospitality for those who wish to linger longer.

Several individuals and firms sponsor the food and drink served after Celebrate Sunday. These entities make a financial contribution and this is acknowledged in several ways. Enquires about being a Celebrate Sunday Hospitality Partner should be made to the parish manager via the parish office.
